The Department of Corporate and Shared Services is an internal service department, which means we provide corporate services and support to all the other municipal departments. Included in these departments are the various political offices, the Office of the Executive Mayor, the Office of the Chief Whip and the Office of the Speaker. We also service the Council.

The Department of Corporate Shared Services is composed of the following divisions: Strategic Human Resource Management, Customer Relations Management, Information Communication Technology (ICT) Management, Tshwane Shared Services, Corporate Auxiliary and Administrative Services, Municipal Courts and Legal Services.
