Division of Departmental Events and Programme Management is responsible for providing specialised events and programmes around sports, art and culture. To achieve this successfully, the division has the following goals:

• To organise, coordinate and provide facilities for events, festivals, competitions and programmes;
• To maintain facilities;
• To educate, exhibit, promote and conserve heritage sites; and
• To provide information to the public about programmes for sports, recreation, arts and culture.
