Our Division of Departmental Policy and Systems Management is responsible for adding value to living in Tshwane by providing high quality recreational services and facilities. To deliver upon this mandate, the division has identified the following goals:

• To deliver sports development codes to the City of Tshwane;
• To identify and develop policies and systems that support this delivery; and
• To develop effective strategies to ensure the delivery of heritage and arts & culture services.
