Tshwane Business Nodes
Introduction
The databases were set up by the City of Tshwane’s Urban
Research and Strategic Directions Section.
Information is provided on the major business nodes
in Tshwane to facilitate informed property investment decisions. The
objective is to put business nodes into perspective with the emphasis
on development information.
The initial service includes information on Hatfield,
Menlyn and Soshanguve, with Hatfield being the lead project, which will
gradually be extended to cover the major business nodes in Tshwane.
Information to be supplied is a combination of municipal and property
market information and includes the following:
• Maps, photos and general information on each
node
• Demographic information
• Stats SA Census data (2001)
• Points of interest in the node
• Links to the estate agents and property brokers active in the
node
• Ward councillor and ward committee
• Spatial Development Framework for the area.
• Municipal information
