    1.     USD WS 13- 2018/19

    Tender for the replacement of existing valves, construction of the 10 ml Parkmore LL reservoir and the installation of the feeder mains.

    CIDB Grading: 7CE or higher

    Closing date: 1 April 2019 at 10:00. Compulsory briefing: 18 March 2019 at 10:00.

    Tender for the appointment of a consulting engineering firm to render professional services in the upgrading of the existing Sunderland Ridge waste water treatment works.

    Closing date: 2 April 2019 at 10:00. Compulsory briefing: 19 March 2019 at 10:00.

    Venue: Administration Building, Portion 278 Zwartkop 356-JR, Centurion, 0185. The entrance is at the end of Rietspruit Road, Sunderland Ridge Industrial Township.

    CANCELLATION NOTICE
    The tenders below have been cancelled.

    1. TMPD 04-2017/18

      Tender for the supply and delivery of various calibres of ammunition for the Tshwane Metropolitan Police Department, as and when required: three-year period.
    2. GHCM 04-2017/18

      Tender for the appointment of a service provider to procure Vision Testing Machines for the City of Tshwane, as and when required: three-year period.
    3. USD EE 05 - 2017/18

      Tender for the repair work, manufacturing of parts and the assembly of a Weir Turbo-Feed Pump (multi-stage type) at Pretoria West Power Station.
    4. USD EE 23-2017/18

      Tender for the supply, delivery and off-loading of eleven (11) dissolved oxygen analysers and associated accessories to Rooiwal Power Station, as and when required: three-year period.
    5. ED 20-2018/19

      Tender for the supply, delivery, off-loading, installation and maintenance of 1 650 mm width, large format, hot and cold laminator machine and 685 mm width, medium format, dual hot/cold laminating machines: Once-off. Pre-qualified for Exempt Micro Enterprises.
    6. USD WS 03-2018/19

      Tender for the appointment of a service provider for the operation and maintenance of Rayton and Refilwe Water Treatment Works (WWTW) for a period of three years.

     

     

    In terms of MFMA Circular 81, service providers must register on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database, which can be accessed at www.csd.gov.za.

     

    Tenders will be received on or before the closing time and date shown. Each tender must be enclosed in a separate sealed envelope that bears the applicable tender heading and reference number, as well as the closing time and due date. The tender must be addressed to the Divisional Head: Supply Chain Management, City of Tshwane, and must be deposited in the tender box situated at the Procurement Advice Centre at the entrance of C de Wet Centre, 175 Es'kia Mphahlele Drive, Pretoria West (GPS coordinates: 25.750151°S, 28.173666°E). Tenders will be opened at this address at the time indicated.

    Tenders must remain valid for a period of 90 days after the closing date.
