INVITATION TO RE-REGISTER ON THE DATABASE FOR ALL SUPPLIERS

In compliance with the Municipal Finance Management Act, 2003 (Act 56 of 2003), Regulation 14(1)a, the City of Tshwane hereby invites prospective suppliers of goods and services to register on its supplier database. Existing suppliers on the City's database are required to validate their data online and upload relevant documents. In order to continue providing a seamless and prompt service to our suppliers, we have introduced a vendor portal where current and potential vendors may register and keep their documents updated.

All suppliers must first register at National Treasury (csd.info@csd.gov.za), where they will be provided with a supplier number (CSD number) and a unique reference number.

To register on the City of Tshwane database, please access the portal at http://vendorportal.tshwane.gov.za.

Registering your company via this portal will result in the following benefits:

    1. Management of documents that expire annually, such as tax certificates
    2. Online verification of company details
    3. Rotation of suppliers
    4. Effective communication with the City of Tshwane
    5. Real-time opportunities to do business with the City of Tshwane online
    6. Update on tenders and quotes awarded
