Services:
Information Centre:

The Information Centre is an invaluable source of information for people interested in, or researching the visual arts. Educators, students, learners and members of the public may use the vast collection of art reference books. Newspaper clippings on Southern African artists and art make the Pretoria Art Museum's Information Centre unique.
Visitors may browse in the Information Centre. Please book guided tours for groups (minimum 10 people) by calling Mmutle Arthur Kgokong, tel 012 344 1807/8.

Guided Tours:
- Option A: South African Art

- Time: Tuesdays to Fridays between 10:00 and 13:00
- Duration: one hour
- Number of learners: People/learners should not exceed 100 per appointment
- Cost: R15,00 per learner (entrance fee of R5,00 included) or Adults R30,00 per person (entrance fee of R7,00 included)
- Option B: Children's Gallery
NB Tours suspended until further notice because of infrastructure problems.- A fun-filled tour for children aged 4 to 10
- Time: Tuesdays to Saturdays between 10:00 and 13:00
- Duration: two hours
- Number of learners: 20 learners per hour (divided into groups of five)
- Cost: R20,00 per learner (entrance fee included)
The Pretoria Art Museum has a collection of videos that the group can watch after they have finished their tour.
