- Replacement of the Akasia-Soshanguve Town-planning Scheme, 1996, the Centurion Town-planning Scheme, 1992 (revised 1999), the Pretoria Town-planning Scheme, 1974;
- Replacement of the Peri-urban Areas Town-planning Scheme, 1975; the Malelane Town-planning Scheme, 1972; and the Pretoria Region Town-planning Scheme, 1960, within the jurisictional area of Tshwane;
- The Drafting of a New Town-planning Scheme where none exists by extending the existing scheme; and
