The City of Tshwane welcomes the Physically Impaired TravellerThe City of Tshwane makes provision for the physically impaired traveller who wants to experience the capital city's tourism treasures. The City of Tshwane offers numerous accommodation and restaurant options for the mobile impaired traveller.
The capital city has unique tourist attractions that can also be visited by the physically impaired traveller. The splendid National Botanical Gardens makes for a leisurely stroll and a specially adapted route for the physically challenged and visually impaired has been integrated into the gardens. The National Botanical Gardens is the sister garden to the world famous Kirstenbosch Gardens in Cape Town. The National Botanical Gardens showcases many southern African plants in all their seasonal guises. Guided walks must be arranged by appointment.
