The Executive Mayor of Tshwane, Cllr Cilliers Brink, will deliver his maiden State of the Capital Address (SoCA) on Thursday, 18 May 2023, at 11:00.

The theme of this year’s SoCA is A City that works for all its people. In his address the Executive Mayor will reflect on and inform residents of the work done by the City in the previous year and highlight the City’s plans and projects for the year ahead.
SoCA is important in that it establishes transparency with residents and serves to hold the City accountable regarding its service delivery promises.
