On Friday, 24 January 2025, the mayoral executive joined a successful by-law enforcement operation conducted in Sunnyside. The operation included representatives from the South African Police Service (SAPS), the Tshwane Metro Police Department (TMPD), the Department of Home Affairs and the City’s Health Department and Environment and Agriculture Management Department.
