Residents in Region 1 who have challenges and queries regarding their municipal accounts are invited to an outreach programme, which forms part of the City’s commitment to fast-track service delivery. The programme is led by the City’s Group Financial Services and will assist customers with the following, among others:
- Billing enquiries
- Issues pertaining to late estates
- Meter reading and invoicing
- Social development (indigent programme)
- Property rates and valuations
- Credit control and assistance with payment arrangements
