The City of Tshwane wishes to inform its customers, who are accustomed to reporting power failures via the website and the SMS line (44676) about a failure of the City's website server (tshwane.webhop.org).
Mweb, which is responsible for hosting the website, is busy investigating the cause of this unforeseen service failure. It is not yet known when the platform will be restored to full operation.
Customers are in the meantime advised to use alternative power failure reporting channels, such as the SMS line on 082 612 0333 and the contact centre on 012 358 9999.
The City of Tshwane apologises for the inconvenience caused by this unforeseen service interruption.
