Multi-sectoral response to HIV and AIDS means involving all sectors of society, governments, business, civil society organisations, communities and people living with HIV/AIDS in all levels of the communities in addressing the causes and the impact of the HIV, STI and TB epidemics.
Programme goals include the following:
