In my capacity as Deputy Mayor of Tshwane, I recently completed a comprehensive regional service delivery tour alongside the MMC for Utilities and Regional Operations and Coordination, Cllr Themba Fosi.
Over the course of three days, we visited various regions and engaged with dedicated personnel responsible for service delivery at regional level. This served to acquaint myself with exclusive approaches by each region in serving the residents of our city and to identify opportunities for enhancement and improvement.
Aligned with our commitment to the Integrated Urban Management Framework, the City of Tshwane strives to provide world-class maintenance and operations that prioritise customers. Our goal is to restore and enhance basic services to the highest possible standards.
This regional service delivery tour showcased the fruitful collaboration between the administration and political leadership.
It is through this partnership that we will continue to drive positive change and deliver improved services to our esteemed residents.
We remain steadfast in our dedication to ensuring a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
