Any sign that is erected, distributed or displayed on City-owned property without the permission of the City or that is in contravention of the Outdoor Advertising By-law may, without notice, be removed and destroyed by the City at the cost of the responsible person who displayed, caused or allowed the sign to be displayed, distributed or erected.
