You can apply for a waste bin by filling out this form , or at any City of Tshwane walk-in centre. You can call our customer care line on 012 358 9999/0241/0347/0586/0515.
You can also apply for a waste transportation permit by filling out this form.
Complete an application form and submit it electronically to dineomog@tshwane.gov.za or portiaramba@tshwane.gov.za, alternatively you can submit at the nearest regional municipal offices.
If your bin has been stolen or damaged, you need to provide an affidavit together with your application form.
Upon delivery of the bin, you are required to confirm upon receipt of the bin that it is in working order or in good condition by signing the delivery note and supplying your name, surname and contact details.
Any household or business within the City’s jurisdiction has the right to apply for a municipal waste bin.

The following information will be requested when booking a skip:
- Contact person or business name.
- Contact number
- Address where the skip must be delivered.
- Size of skip 4m3, 6m3 etc. (sizes and tariffs available below)
- Once the reference number is allocated, payment needs to be made into the relevant City of Tshwane bank account. Proof of payment reflecting the reference number must be sent to the Bulk Waste Services office for the delivery of the skip.
