A payment arrangement is a payment plan that allows you to pay off your outstanding amount over an agreed period of time in instalments.

Clients who cannot afford to repay their debt within the given maximum period for the arrangement can apply to pay their outstanding debt over a longer period. This will be granted after the City of Tshwane has conducted an affordability assessment on the applicant.

For payment arrangements, visit your nearest municipal office during working hours. You will be required to pay for the services that you are receiving and the arrangement instalment. Payment arrangements can also be requested via email at creditcontrol@tshwane.gov.za  or call  012 358 8514
