The City of Tshwane would like to inform the public that the Events Joint Operations Committee (JOC) will be closed for business on 11 December 2024, and will reopen on 8 January 2025 for event plan presentations.
Event organisers are requested to book their JOC presentations as early as possible for events planned for the whole of December 2024 up to 31 January 2025.
Event plans that were not presented to JOC on or before 11 December 2024 may be submitted to the following office address:
