The City of Tshwane’s Group Financial Services will continue with its outreach programme in Region 1 this coming Saturday.
The aim of the outreach is to assist residents who have challenges and queries regarding their municipal accounts to get them to good standing. The programme forms part of the City’s commitment to fast-track service delivery and bring services closer to the people.
The outreach programme will assist residents with meter readings, invoicing, credit control, payment arrangements, billing and indigent enquiries.
Customers may visit the City’s outreach venue as per the following schedule:
