The City of Tshwane wishes to inform its customers in parts of Pretoria East about a planned water supply shutdown by Rand Water.
The water utility’s team of technicians will replace and upgrade the bulk water meter which supplies the Boardwalk Meander Reservoir. The shutdown is expected to last for eight hours from 18:00 on 28 March 2023 until 02:00 on 29 March 2023.
The reservoir in question will be filled to its maximum capacity prior to the shutdown, however, water interruptions may be experienced in the following areas:
- Boardwalk (all extensions)
- Boardwalk Meander (all extensions)
- Boardwalk Villas (all extensions)
- Bronberg (all extensions)
- Faerie Glen (all extensions)
- Olympus
The City of Tshwane apologises for the inconvenience that may be caused as a result of the above-mentioned water supply shutdown.
