Having considered all the developments that occurred during last week’s Council meetings, the City Manager of the City of Tshwane, Mr Johann Mettler, has written to the Gauteng Provincial Officer of the Independent Electoral Commission (IEC) informing him of the declaration of four proportional representative councillor vacancies.
Three of the vacancies are for ActionSA and one is for the Congress of the People (COPE).
