The City of Tshwane Roads and Transport Department would like to inform prospective and current drivers that the operating hours at its licencing centres will be extended from Thursday, 1 October until 30 October 2020, to mark the annual October Transport Month.
The extended operating hours at select centres will be from 08:00 until 18:00 on weekdays and from 08:00 until 13:00 on Saturdays.
This arrangement is meant to ensure that customers are catered for during Transport Month and to clear the backlog brought about by the COVID-19 hard lockdown regulations.
The following services will be rendered at the identified licencing centres:
- Renewal of driving licence cards
- Application and testing for learner’s licences
- Application and testing for driving licences
- Registration and licencing of motor vehicles
The following centres will have extended operating hours during October 2020:
