Residents and businesses in Regions 3 and 4 are advised of a planned water supply interruption that will last 12 hours. Rand Water will carry out maintenance work on the Saulsville and Laudium meters that will affect various areas. The maintenance forms part of Rand Water’s ongoing infrastructure maintenance aimed at ensuring improved efficiency and reliability of the water supply network.
The planned 12-hour infrastructure maintenance on the Saulsville water meter is scheduled from Thursday, 7 May 2026 at 18:00, to Friday, 8 May 2026 at 06:00.

Subsequently, Rand Water has scheduled another 12-hour maintenance activity on the Laudium water meter from Saturday, 9 May 2026 at 18:00, to Sunday, 10 May 2026 at 06:00.
