In its efforts to help customers keep their municipal accounts in good standing and to encourage them to pay regularly for services, the City of Tshwane will embark on the Billing Days Outreach Programme to assist ratepayers with various queries related to their accounts.
The finance teams will assist residents with the following services:
- Meter reading and invoicing
- Credit control and assistance with payment arrangements
- Billing enquiries
- Social development (indigent programme)
- Electricity queries
- Issues pertaining to late estates
- Property rates and valuations
