City of Tshwane services over festive season

The offices of the City of Tshwane will be closed for non-essential services from 12:00 on 24 December 2025 to 1 January 2026.

Prepaid customers whose accounts are in arrears are advised that any electricity purchase made during this period will be automatically allocated to the outstanding debt. Normal vending will only resume once all the arrears has been settled through a prepaid vendor, after which electricity units will be allocated as usual.
