   Kindly clarify billing calender on website for July to Dec 2023 as the dates revert back to 13/7(p13). We did submit as required on 29/6

   I sent my readings in on15 July as per schedule. I saw today that the readings should have been done on 5 July. Will you take an average. ? What about August?

   Do the dates for sending the readings after July go back to the original schedule ie. Portion 15’s August submission date = 16 August?

    The system allowed me to enter values on 19 July 2023 for Portion 19. But on 20 July 2023 I received an invoice using estimated readings for up to 30 July 2023. This means you are invoicing for the future period as well. But your page claims that the July period will be shorter. The estimates and dates are therefore wrong. Are we going to be double-billed for July next month again?

    What is the purpose of readings 10 days earlier. Is the next batch for August going to be 10 days later than normal
