Building Control
Applications:

Support client services:
- To request a copy of a building plan, click here (link to email addresses). Kindly note that the city is not legally obliged to keep copies of approved building plans. This responsibility legally rests with the owner of the property.
- To request a building inspection where construction is in progress, click here (link to email addresses).
- To report a suspected illegal construction activity, click here (link to email addresses). Kindly note that certain building activities such as the construction of walls below 1,8m height, do not require a building plan.
