Budget Attempts to Mitigate Stormy Economic Period.

In her budget speech on 29 May 2008, the City of Tshwane's Executive Mayor, Dr Gwen Ramokgopa, said that the current unfavourable global economic climate has brought extreme pressure on ratepayers who are struggling to weather the stormy period.
