Customers can submit meter readings via the e-Tshwane platform or at meterrecords@tshwane.gov.za as per the billing calendar. Visit www.tshwane.gov.za, click on the e-Tshwane link and follow the instructions.
Customers can get a summary of their municipal account, pay their account and download various forms to apply for and cancel services via e-Tshwane and the WhatsApp service on 087 153 1001.
