The City of Tshwane’s maintenance team of plumbers in Region 1, north of Tshwane, is currently attending to a major leak on a 400 mm water distribution pipeline in Mabopane, next to Odi Stadium.
The said leak is located near a wetland, which delays the repairs due to the accessibility of the site.
The following areas are experiencing intermitted to no water supply:
- Block B
- Block D
- Midas
- Morula View
Currently, only high-lying areas are affected. Water bowsers have been dispatched to supply the affected communities with water.
The City of Tshwane apologises for the inconvenience caused as a result of this unplanned water supply interruption.
