Let us assist you with billing queries via Zoom

Do you need assistance but are unable to come to our customer care centres? No problem, we have you covered. The Group Financial Services Zoom outreach is back.

We have once again opened our virtual channels to engage with residents via the Zoom platform to maintain direct communication with customers.

Matters that can be attended to through Zoom include account and billing queries, corrections of estimations, credit control and repayment arrangements, property rates queries, indigent-related queries and registration (social development), water metering queries, electricity and prepaid metering queries.

Virtual sessions will take place from July to 30 September 2023 in the late afternoons from 16:00 to 19:00 on weekdays, and from 08:00 to 13:00 on Saturdays. This service is not available on Sundays and public holidays.

Customers will have seven categories of services that can be dealt with via the platform, which include resident and business queries regarding billing such as repayment arrangements, property rates queries, and water, electricity and prepaid metering queries.

The time slots for meetings are as follows:

• Mondays to Fridays from 16:00 to 19:00
• Saturdays from 08:00 to 13:00

This service is not available on Sundays and public holidays.
